ABOUT GENBA SENSEI
Lasse Leino, the Genba Sensei, brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, IT and consulting. His practice combines people-first leadership, Lean–Agile coaching, change and project leadership, facilitation, and certified business and organisational coaching.
He helps teams, leaders and organisations connect strategy with execution and improve flow where value is created. He also serves on the board of Agile Finland and contributes actively to the Finnish Agile community, including Agile Coach Camp Finland.
